I have a deviantart which I haven't updated in a long time and I've also set up a separate tumblr where I dump doodles and artwork (more recent stuff generally).
I also take commissions for stamps, digital art and dress-up games. Details and prices here.
Right so I’m going through all the clothes in my room to figure out which ones I need to donate (which explains the garbage bags) but I remembered I never took photos of the traditional Thai clothes Mum brought back for me. The wraps of fabric on the right wrap around the shirt/torso and then flow down over the shoulder, generally.
*left what are wordsRight so today I went to the Northbridge O-Day with Sarah. Mainly because there was ice cream. Above popsicles are prosciutto flavoured and pumpkin pie flavoured. I also had one that was stewed apple with star anise! There were other things going on like street performances and zine-making and nail art and Mario Kart speed dating but yeah I was focused on ice cream.
tamara really wanted to try this special alcoholic drink made with grapes and so she had it at dinner and now she’s a little drunk and it’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen
THEY WERE MADE WITH KYOHO GRAPES AND THAT MAKES AN ENORMOUS DIFFERENCE. KYOHO GRAPES ARE THE NUMBER ONE TABLE GRAPE CULTIVAR IN JAPAN.

David, Mason and I went to Satsuki again for dinner. I tried the Kyoho grape Chu-hai which was amazing and tasted like Kyoho grapes. May have made me a little tipsy or maybe that was because I was so happy. We also had: Wagyu beef tataki, tempura battered tuna roll, deep fried soft shell crab with white miso ginger garlic sauce and mango coulis, grilled scallops, pork belly kakuni, ramune cheesecake and green tea mousse cake. Hoooly shit I’m so happy!
While Mum sent me her tiny sideways photos, Dad sent me photos of the exorcism they had to do for the house they’re trying to renovate (since no builders will work on it otherwise). They look really serious but apparently it was funny as shit because okay okay
You’ll notice in the second photo that we have a huge feast offering for the spirits supposedly tied to the house with black magic (because someone went and drew black magic spells or whatever on the walls, THANKS WHOEVER THAT WAS)
We were encouraged to get a whole duck and a whole chicken
For some crazy reason we couldn’t get our hands on a whole chicken (I have no idea why???? they’re all over the place back there)
So
They just gave the ghosts…a plate of boiled eggs…………………………..
Mum and Dad sent me photos from Thailand and Mum’s done that thing again where she sends me tiny photos that are sideways and doesn’t write anything save for curious phrases in the email subject line. These ones have the subject ‘Lord Jim’.
