This is a beautiful and cute list, but what really stuck out to me was, there are different kinds of honey?
hehehe absolutely! one of my favourites is manuka honey because it has such a distinctive taste, but honey from clover flowers is really distinctly sweet and light, and i like how a lot of eucalyptus ones like jarrah honey and blackbutt tree honey have a darker, almost woody flavour…numnumnumnum
